Return & refund policy

I hope you love your purchase! Just so we're on the same page, here are a few things to know:

• House of Papers do not offer returns or exchanges.
• If something isn’t quite right with your order, please reach out to me — I'm happy to help! You can contact me easily through the contact page.
• Because of their digital nature, digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
• Unfortunately, orders that arrive late or are not delivered because of delays on the buyer’s side or refusal to pay the required import fees at delivery are not eligible for a refund.
